Upon calling Dr. Kane's office, I was told the they could not give me an estimate of how they charged, or whether they would treat me every few months as opposed to forcing me into a process of coming practically every other day. They refused to give much info over the phone at all, but insisted I come in for a complimentary consultation. When I showed the doc felt around my back, but did not explain that this would be charged. They asked me to come in again the next day, only to tell me I had to sign on for 23 appointments in order to get adjusted at all. This is exactly what I did not want. I was then charged for my initial "complimentary" visit. I fell like I had no services rendered. I would certainly not recommend my friends or family to him. I do not like to be marketed to with films before meeting the doc, or being adjusted by a machine. Dr. McCartney is right across the street on Pleasant Hill, and is much more personable, in my opinion.
