The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.

Additionally, I found her bedside manor to be very distant and cold and on top of that her language reminded me of a turn of the century dock worker and I question her personal hygene judging by the amount of dandruff in her hair.

I WAS a patient there and will never return. "Doctor" Roeder is still the owner of the Speedway, IN location but abandoned me when she left to get her Fishers location "up and running." I enjoyed meeting the other Doctor she had take her place, but her leaving without any notice or offer of seeking new care or even seeing her at her other location, I thought was very unprofessional.
