Dr. Jeff Friedersdorf is an excellent Chiropractor! He takes time to listen to his patients. He is non-judgemental and understanding. He will answer your questions and will explain things well. He is tenacious in finding out what the issue of a person is and how to resolve it. He is very knowledgeable of the anatomy and how the mind works with, and against, the body. His work not only helps resolve issues but can help improve what you are trying to accomplish. Being somewhat athletic, he has helped me many times with my training programs. I would rather take preventive measures from having issues than have them and then try to resolve them. I certainly appreciate the work he does as do many others. He is a real blessing and an all around great guy. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff Friedersdorf as part of your wellness team.

I very much liked how Jeff Friedersdorf does things. I've been to a number of Chiropractors who had good intentions, but many of them all I could saw for sure a few months afterwards was that it had cost me a fair amount of money.

Jeff Friedersdorf uses a very gentle approach (none of the black belt karate beating on your back and neck stuff) and, at least in my case, had really good results; the muscle cramps problems went away, and if they show up, I take one tiny sublingual dose of a fluid he gave me and I'll be ok again for weeks or months.

I had been getting rashes on my face for years and a week after my visit they went away (outbreaks usually lasted 2-3 week in the past!). I have not had a rash since and I've only had to go back once for a follow up visit. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They even shipped drops to Virginia for me when I requested them. The staff is warm but professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
