One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all.
