I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
