I was advised to have surgery, but opted to try Dr. Ondras first ... I made the right decision! He is amazing. He explained everything that was going to happen in the healing process, and he was correct every step of the way. If I could give him a million stars, I would!!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I have been seeing Dr. Ondras for about 5 or 6 yrs. I have issues relating to an accident I was in a number of years ago. Dr. Ondras is not only a chiropractor but also a naprapathic physician. This makes for a wonderful combination. I have seen other chiropractors before who have helped me but the relief I experienced was short-lived. With Dr. Ondras I feel relieved for much longer periods of time. I have regular appointments by my choice, many are just for a tune-up. He is always enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and addresses any questions or concerns I might have.

Every time I've ever gone to Dr. Ondras, he was extremely helpful. (I've gone here and there for the about 20 years). He is very professional and takes the time to explain everything to you so you understand what the issue is and what he is doing to solve the problem. He doesn't try to take advantage of you (money wise). He does his job, which is healing you of your problem, and doesn't give you treatments that you don't need. I've been to two other chiropractors (insistent by friends) who told me, "you need to come in three times a week for a month." I go back to Dr. Ondras and he performs a manipulation of my spine and says that should do it, come back if you feel you need to. I trust him to treat me with care and honesty.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
