They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others.
I went to Dr. Kaplan from 08/20/1992 until around June 1999. He gave me the faith I needed for chiropractors.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
