My experience was amazing. I had a medical massage with Iliana and she went out of her way with this massage. It's the best massage I ever had and I use to get massages at cruises but nothing like this one. Iliana was very knowledgeable about my condition and I saw improvement right after the massage after many years of pain and trying many other therapies. I will definitely come back. They have a very affordable membership program !!!!

I couldn't believe that they ended my session early. They didn't even give me the full massage I paid for. I was so disappointed with my massage here and would never recommend them to anyone I know. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.
Unbelievable, I scheduled an appointment over a month in advanced and they rescheduled it without letting us know. we showed up on our scheduled date and no one was at the offices. Waited 1/2 still no one. Called, finally got a call back and they said they left us a message that is was rescheduled for an earlier time. Had one message there a month ago because of a two massage package purchased with Groupon. I do not recommend, RUN!!!!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
