I was very appreciative to this practice for not only taking me on short notice to deal with a painful wisdom tooth but also for the pleasant manner in which I was treated by the staff at Claymont Family Dentistry. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and made me feel less embarrassed about the condition of my teeth.

The only thing that didn't sit right with me was the demeanor of the dentist. He didn't seem very concerned with my pain level or the fact that I was extremely nervous. I wished he was a bit more empathetic or at least pretended to be nurturing.

At the end of the day I understand he had a job to do and he did that job very well! I highly recommend this dentist to others.

I had been in pain for several months. The dentist I had been seeing said he did not see anything wrong with my teeth. I saw Dr Nguyen for a second opinion, and he said he was 80% certain it was my tooth. I asked him if he could do a root canal that day, and he said yes. He did the root canal, and all my pain cleared right up. I am changing dentists.

I was in pain on Friday 4/22/16. They took me right away even when they were about to close. Not many Dentist offices will do that. I had no pain at all after my tooth was pulled. All were very nice and made me feel at home. I will be going back to them.

This dentist is a piece of sh--
He did partial denture for me-they didn't fit right, so he had to do them again. My insurance overpaid him- so he had to do them again-and give me money back. Never received a follow up...truly a crook of a dentist- with poor results. Don't even go there.

I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.
