If it gets any better than this I have not found it yet! I am a brand new client. I have been to Lakeside Day Spa twice in the past two weeks. First by myself for a Deep Tissue Massage with Mollie and then back again with my amazing bride for a Deep Tissue Couples Massage with Harmony & Mollie. I was really in bad shape when I first arrived due to severe muscle tension and stress due to overworking myself but thanks to Mollie & Harmony they did what they do best and rubbed away all my pain and left me totally relaxed, completely renewed and stress free! At our last session I booked another Deep Tissue Couples Massage for me and my wife for next month and we are now counting the days, totally looking forward to our next massage session! From the time we entered Lakeside Day Spa to the time we walked out the door we were treated like royalty! Try it for yourself and I believe you will feel the same!

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list.

The spa is situated on a lovely lake with beautiful balconies and nice appointments. You can spend the entire day there reading, relaxing and enjoying the view! My appointment started on time, and the wait was minimal. They also offered a lovely custard and water while I filled out my paperwork. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and they rearranged their schedule so that I could use the sauna first.They gave me a very long massage, and it was soothing. The staff was very knowledgeable and qualified. They were warm, friendly, and caring. The facial was incredible and includes massage as well. Very relaxing! Lovely women! They also offer private couples massages with a private balcony adjoining that room. A nice surprise for a romantic occasion!
The owner was extremely kind and he explained other services and opportunities as well. I was extremely impressed with the staff, the owner, and the facility, itself. I will definitely be returning!!
