I have seen dr Belanger several times over the course of the last couple years! Probably one of her first patients in this office.... I like her very much and even recommended my sister to her! She is highly qualified and a very caring dr. She also has a very friendly receptionist!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS Dr.!!!!!!!! She is very cold and did not care about my pain level and even cut me by accident. I have been in pain for so long and It took me so long to find a podiatrist and one that accepted my insurance and I really needed the care so I stayed. She was never pleasant and did not even attempt to take the time to explain the surgery I was to have and make me feel comfortable about it in any way. She was going to remove bones in my toe, showed me the x ray of my foot, and that quick wanted to exit the room. My girlfriend and I basically had to pull information out of her and felt rushed. She was very inconsiderate trying to schedule my surgery the day before Thanksgiving and cancelled me as a patient because I requested a different date and the staff told me November 18th was the date available but they had to get back to me about it which took three more days only to receive a call that she wanted to cancel me as a patient. Who does that?? She stated she didn't like the way I treated her staff when I was nothing but kind to them even after they provided poor assistance. I feel I wasn't wanted as a client from the moment she saw me. I sincerely feel my race, gender, and my economic standing in this economy played a part. I'm hearing impaired and permanently disabled. I waisted my time with her and now have to restart my journey and find another specialist. If there's any specialist out there who wants to help me please contact her because if discrimination wasn't an issue Dr. Belanger should still want to help me by forwarding my information that I asked for after I was so abruptly cancelled. Knowing how difficult it's been for me while being hearing impaired she should have at least extended me the courtesy as she would anyone else. All because of my genuine complaint of pain its not a visual injury its in the bone so i guess she may believe im looking for drugs mind you im a cook and i explained to her i work on my feet i have a limp now if this isn't judging a book by the cover then what, is she's allowing her beliefs or judgements govern her Dr's duties. I'm so distracted now she set me back months maybe years being as though this problem has been misdiagnosed for years which made it it a bone issue sorry miss Belanger for taking things here but you really violated me when I met u I was always respectful cause I sincerely need the help u fail to realize I was sent to u by Dr Sweeney jcmc he knows my pain I would never talk in any foul way I needed u so bad how can u sleep tonight know u we're not professional .all I ever said to u was I felt it was rude to offer me a surgery date day before a major holiday who would want to chance anyone not wanting to be at work or wishing they were home all while not even knowing whats going on u didn't even let my acquantance use your restroom you made me feel us feel like scum because I don't look disabled doesn't mean I'm not . So really why didn't u want to service me after you've clearly started the work and let's not forget u cut me did I ever bother to make a big deal out of it cause I needed u .YOU OUGHT TO B ASHAMED OF YOURSELF YOUR A RACIST SO BUT I FORGIVE U ALL I EVER DID WAS COMPLIMENT U EVEN WHEN U CLEARLY MESSED UP IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN U I THOUGHT U MIGHT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO JUST DO UR JOB. Thanks for lettin me vent no way I was gonna take this one on the chin.you were and all wrong nobody in there right mind would've accepted that date so what happened to the original date of nov 4 we spoke of in office two weeks after the butcher job when two weeks came we finally did x ray . All want is an apology the same way u mailed me the service letter after u cut me I can't believe u r this kind of person I never would have guessed u be this way for absolutely no reason..
