Dr Jason has done wonders for my lower back issues. I am 38 years old and felt like I was 60. After treatment I am pain free and functioning like the good ole days. I highly recommend him.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. I wish that I had not listened to Dr Jason and his insistence to continue. I would have had better results from a voodoo doctor.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Dr Jacobazzi is opening a new facility in Arlington Heights. He treated me at his other company called Ravenswood Health Center in Chicago. He signed me up for 30 chiropractic sessions for a sore back. The pain got worse and worse. All he said was the pain will get worse before it gets better. I made the mistake of trusting him. Midway through his treatments, I made an appointment with Loyola. Within 5 minutes of discribing my symptoms, I was surronded by several doctors. The told me that I needed to go for an MRI immediately becaused they suspected Cauda Equina Syndrome, which could lead to extremely severe problems. Immediately after they reviewed the MRI, thay called me and told me to report to Loyola for emergency back surgery which I had within hours after first being in touch with the Loyola medical people.
Dr Dan Jacobazzi is now evading me. He does not retun my phone calls and has changed his email address. He has also caused me other problems. I am a general contractor and now cannot lift over 10 pounds.
I just want you to know what kind of man Dr Dan Jacobazzi is, and the condition I am in after letting him treat me.. Be very careful with any 'health' group this guy is associated with.
