The guy that runs that place is really creepy. He weirded me out the whole time I was there. He kept going outside - then I saw him out side smoking - yuck! I googled him and was really disappointed. I won't be going back.

I came to add my experience and read the last post dated November 2, 2013. I must say this must be a very picky person. I have always received a warm welcome, but not very conversational. Did the last person expect them to sit and chat? They run a business like everyone else and have others in their office besides you. I am always offered a beverage and advised should the wait time be longer than five (5), yes five, minutes. Get that kind of treatment at your doctors office! This group is there to address your specific issue, not become your counsler. If you need to chat about YOU I would suggest a psychologist. My child came to this office speaking two words only at the age of 3 and within six months is speaking in full sentences. I'll take that outcome over being a little cold. Put a jacket on!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
