No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. While waiting for my appointment to start I noticed my back started to hurt because they have the cheap plastic kind of chairs in the waiting room. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
