They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They are absolutely horrible at returning my phone calls quickly. They usually don't return them at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless or felt like I bothered vet, -current vet fill in, fresh from school- or staff. None of my questions were answered as the vet got annoyed easily, rushing, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Price seem to be a subject of client, mood or day.
