They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They need to fire the lady who works at the front desk....she answered my questions with sure...whatever and huh.....very unprofessional!

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They couldn't really answer all of my questions, some of them went unanswered. I was a little unsure about my treatment still.
