During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there.
