I came to Hadyn the day after being diagnosed with shingles. The diagnosing doctor had told me that, because the blisters had begun to appear more than 72 hours before, there was really nothing to be done but wait it out. Wait it out?...Shingles can last for months! I was unsure what to expect when I first walked through the door of the Chinese Medicine Clinic, but Hadyn's aid in my recovery was invaluable. Not only did the acupuncture and herbs help get my body back in balance, but he was able to explain the root of the problem and offer great advise as to immediate and long term dietary and lifestyle changes that would also help. Thanks to Hadyn, the blisters began subsiding in just a few days and were almost completely healed in a little over a week. I am so thankful for my experience with the Chinese Medicine Clinic and my quick recovery!
