I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. it was a total waste of money. She did not help me cope with my situation and all she cared about was getting her money for the visit. Its a total business operation. She's a nice enough woman but I think her apartment on the East side of Manhattan is just too much rent and changes her views on helping people. She's gotta get those weekly appointments to make due.

Yes

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Never, they are very reliable.
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Whenever I have an emergency, I know that I can always count on them to be available.

The above reports have been received from my patients that I have referred to Dr. Naidich. In addition, my patients continue to refer their own family and friends to Dr. Naidich*.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Yes, I had to wait forever.
