Dr. Maas is very friendly, listens to my symptoms without jumping to diagnosis, and doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary treatments. This was my first visit to a chiropractor and I was very happy with the experience.
He fixed my first issue about 8 mo ago after 2 visits and my most recent issue after about 6 visits.
His office hours are accomodating to almost any schedule and I have never had to wait. He keeps his appointments on time and efficient. He handles all insurance billing, claims, etc like any other doctors office does.

Dr. Maas was professional, personable, punctual. He asked great fact finding questions, showed me on the diagrams the source of pain, the planned treatment, and delivered the treatment. Dr. Maas told me I'd feel better today and even better in the upcoming days after one or two more adjustments and treatments. I believe him. He's a straight-shooter who plays well in a small town such as Heyworth, Illinois.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.
