Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
