Vets are great but the techs do not explain the cost fully. I was upset that I wasn't even called when they we're suppose to. I agreed to one price and when I discharge my dog I received another charge. I signed after I seen that I was being charged for another stay that my dog did not completely used. I spoke with the office manager Lisa about not being explaining or no even getting the option to take my dog home early. Not everyone can afford 1300 when I agreed to 1000. She actually said that they assume if your going to pay 1000 that you will pay 1300. That is abusive. Your dog is not well and they squeeze as much as they can.
