They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was completely at ease during my appointment with Lennie. She went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She has so much helpful information available online. Lennie has an impressive website that's easy to use. Most importantly Lennie makes me feel like I am her top priority. I always feel comfortable emailing or texting question/concerns or just asking to hear a positive voice. She responds to all of my communication quickly and precisely. I would not be having the success I am without Lennie's help!

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I was given a polite and friendly greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful, unbiased and helpful. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. I never felt pushed into anything. Because of how I was treated, I would go back in a heartbeat and happily make a recommendation to my friends.

She went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and she answered every question I had. I kinda felt like Lennie was wearing my shoes. She asked questions. This told me she was interested in my situation and had paid attention to what I had told her. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I felt very safe. I am very pleased with the outcome.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. While I was there, they didn't pressure me at all to purchase any of their weight loss products, which I really appreciated. They let me make my own decisions without harassment. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
