Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I wasn't looking forward to my appointment - in fact, I was very worried and very scared! You see, I had found blood in my stool - again! It was the second time in the last eight years. And after my initial visit to DHAT and subsequent treatments back in 2004, I thought I was in the clear. But as scared as I was, Dr. Brown put my fears to rest within minutes of my recent consultation and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. It is easy to see why he is consistently recognized by his peers and considered "the very best" by his patients - especially me! I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor. He makes the extra effort to get to know me and my concerns, and I feel very comfortable knowing that I am in extremely good hands.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Never, they are very reliable.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I was very comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made a special effort to give me an appt. for a procedure around my schedule and I really appreciate that.
