Dr. Brown and staff are everything people look for in a medical practice. I experienced literally no wait time for my office visit or procedure. They are very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions. Dianna pointed me to his website with even more info and videos. I was very impressed with the videos which greatly helped reduce my level of apprehension about the colonoscopy. Having completed one now, I honestly don't see what many people make out to be so dreadful about it. Most people would say that it really wasn't the procedure itself (I hope not since you are sedated), but the prep. I used the MoviPrep as prescribed and added some flavoring. It doesn't taste terrific, but it's definitely drinkable and has the desired outcome. After the procedure itself, I felt completely fine. I had absolutely zero nausea, bloating or discomfort. I went home and wallpapered actually! It's not that bad at all and well worth the peace of mind.

Pleasant experience, all very professional. Information procvided in print and email prior to procedure is great. No-one should complain that they weren't told how to prepapre and what to expect! It is all provided in easy to understand,clear terms. All staff very nice & professional and very importanlty caring. I will continue to return to Dr Brown as needed and recommend others to his office.

Excellent process, very simple. The videos on his website and emailed to me were very informative and well done. The check-in process was quick & easy. The doctors & nurses all seemed to enjoy their jobs, smiles all around...............made patients feel at ease and taken care of.

Dr Brown was wonderful! He took the time to get to know me and my history! Very personable and easy to talk to. I had a procedure last week and have gotten follow up phone calls and emails! Great doctor that cares!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I found Dr. Brown through a doctor rating site, and I was not disappointed once I visited his office for the first time. He and his staff were great and Dr. Brown actually had a conversation with you and got to know a little bit about who you are and what you do, etc. Very impressive and all throughout the procedures, he and his staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend him to others.
