What a nightmare trying to get a prescription refilled! The pharmacy keeps calling as well as myself and we receive no response.

This is a very good practitioner, and she does her job well. The problem is her staff. The practitioner's specialty is medication management, however, her staff will let a person go weeks without their medication by neglecting to pick up the phone and calling a drug store for a refill. It doesn't matter how much the patient relies on the medication. It doesn't matter what it does to the patient's family. We've been through this several times, now, and we're about ready to go to a different medical facility, even though we are fond of this practitioner.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Yes
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, but it didn't bother me much
