I had no problems with the doctor but the office constantly overbooked him. I had two afternoon appointments which I cancelled after finding out the wait was going to be over 2 hours. I figured I'd start booking mornings.. easy fix. Nope. The last straw was a 10 am appointment that I was going to have to wait 90 minutes for. How do you overbook that amount of time in the morning? The office could never get my co-pays correct either (I don't have one). Every single time I'd check in for an appointment, the clerk would ask for the co-pay I "owed" and I'd have to tell her to go talk to her billing person in the back because I don't have one. She would confirm it and I would think it was settled. Next appointment, repeat the process. It got old and I stopped booking appointments. This office needs to get their "stuff" together.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I had to wait a while in the waiting room, however that is only because this doctor takes exceptional care and time with each of his patients. For once in my life, I feel as though I am being cared for and listened to. This doctor is amazing. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They were easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
