She is the best vet I ever taken my dog too. She is excellent. My regular vet said I should put my dog down when he was 10 years old. I took him to Donna Ragona, she operated, and by the grace of God he lived 4.7 more years.

Don't believe the hype. Although they have a setting that tries to promote a Chinese Zen relaxed environment, that was absolutely not my experience on my first visit there for accupuncture for my 13 year old Weimar. I left work early to make my 2:20 appointment which was promised to be stress free and relaxing. When I got there on time, there were other people with their dogs checking out and it took them 5 minutes to acknowledge me. When they finally did notice me, they said they could put me in an exam room. So they took me to a separate building and put me in a plain room and left me and my Weimar there to wait another 5 minutes before I poked my head out and asked the tech what I was waiting for. By the way, there were 3 other dogs in the accupuncture building that were also unattended by anyone other than one dog's owner. The tech rather rudely said I was waiting for the doctor. No kidding. I said my appointment was at 2:20, and she informed me that the doctor was running behind and it would be about another 20 minutes before she could get to me. Seriously? How's my dog supposed to benefit from an accupuncture session when she's so tense (not to mention me) that who knows if she's getting stiffer just from all the shaking she's doing. I told the tech I was going to leave and would like my mandatory $25 deposit back. To her credit she actually didn't give me a hard time about the refund.

Was a wonderful Vet when she was in Cocoa Village; but after buying her million dollar building at the Port she turned into an monstrous deceitful bully. Hurting my animal and me; shaking us down for $$$; lying about the law. What happened Donna, what made you turn so evil? Or is it Greed? Or are you over-whelmed that you have the need to abuse animals and people? What ever it is you need to get professional help.

Did you get pleasure in hurting my pet, tossing her like a rag doll; pulling on her feet; removing her from my presence stating laws that DO NOT EXIST. You are a liar. If you hate your job and cannot pay your mortgage get the hell out, you are doing no one a favor by staying in your million dollar building. Since you opened your new place you come in with a nasty attitude every day (you work only 4 days a week) and still come in with a bad attitude.

I do not recommend that any animal be taken to see this woman, she is turned nasty, cruel, and evil. She will abuse your animal, believe me. Takes animals away from you with out your consent and sends them back to you hurt. Wicked Woman, wish you would get the hell out of my State and go back to Wisconsin where you came from. But again, no one in Wisconsin would hire you - so you brought your crap down here.

TOP-NOTCH professional service from people who really care! As a dog owner for 13+ years, I've visited many vets and have never been as impressed as I was with Dr. Ragona and her staff! After losing our senior golden retriever, it was finally time to be 'puppy parents' again and I found a precious golden retriever puppy to adopt. Within only six days, she came down with a nasty hacking cough that I knew was 'kennel cough.'

Since it had been over a year since I'd been only a couple times to Dr. Ragona, I didn't expect to get right in for a visit when I phoned; but they were so kind and concerned that they fit me into their schedule and saw my puppy within a couple hours of my phone call. From the moment we walked in, every single staffer was just amazing -- and NOT just because there was an irresistible, cuddly puppy there! It's obvious that each staffer is trained and conscientious, but that they're also animal lovers who CARE about the pets they attend. Dr. Ragona is the 'icing on the cake,' with her knowledge and her compassion for animals! I am THRILLED to have a vet we trust with the care of our newest family member, and I highly recommend this vet all!
