Horrible I witnessed him screaming obscenities at his staff I’d never been there before and my kitten imhad just found had an eye infection… so I was having her checked out as my regular vet couldn’t get her in… I was so embarrassed for his staff… I wouldn’t recommend him ever

Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. It did not make for a pleasing environment. Dr. Otto seemed like a used car salesmen.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The examining rooms at Daniel Otto, Dr Otto 's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
