They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. This is the only doctor appointment I look forward to, thankful to have found such a wonderful Chiro staff!!!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They've given me a couple of nutritional and lifestyle tips, but I wish I had gotten more. I know it would have sped up my recovery. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The staff is somewhat friendly. They made a little effort to welcome me I guess. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
