They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
