Three people besides myself went for an hour massage with our groupon offer. They wrote on the paper as we left "redeemed for one hour massage". Unfortunately, no one received anything over 45 min. Mine was only 40 min. They are not giving complete hours but saying on paper they are. Very disappointing and will not return.

The first time i went there they didnt even acknowledge me for an hour. and they didnt tell the nurse i was there. i kept seeing her walking around. she was doing nothing for an hour becuase no one told her i was there... ever time after that it was at least a 30 minute to an hour late.... I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. RUDE STAFF and very unorgainzed!!!!! They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. they couldnt find my infomraiton, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was asked to wait for medicine and then when they gave it to me they wanted me to wait again to make sure it was right, after 20 minutes i just left. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They are a "Cattle Hearding Clinic". All they want is your money, there is no "patient care". Dr. Brasfield should be under investigation for medicare/medicaid fraud.

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Patient care doesn't seem to be nearly as important as getting the next patient in. Treatment seems to have no path or plan other than to remain ongoing. Everyday appears to be casual Friday as staff appears dressed for a bingo hall or a horse race. In short dignity seems absent as does a general concern for the patient's well being.
