She goes above and beyond and exceeds my expectations - it is obvious that it matters to her how I am doing. I sit in the waiting room only until my appointment time (I tend to be early). She always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question or lets me know when she'll be able to find out. The tools I have learned have helped me so much.
