I decided to find a new Derm and took a chance on Dr. Shahsavari.. I am so glad I did! She has a wonderful bedside manner, is very patient with questions, and is very thorough. Unlike the other reviewer she was prompt for all of my appointments and even offered Saturday visits. The office staff is friendly, the office clean and modern.. I would highly recommend her, she is very kind and did a great job with my skin removals and stitches.

Dr. Shahsavari is good, but she's not punctual. I had the first visit of the day at 9:30am. I got there at 9:20am and her staff put me in a room. They didn't even tell me she hadn't arrived. I walked out of the exam room at 9:50am and asked how much linger it would be. They said Dr. Shahsavari hadn't arrived yet. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that before placing me in an exam room to wait. I'm never going back. I don't care how good Dr. Shahsavari is. There are other Dermatologists that will treat me better.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

As skeptical as I was for the procedure I needed the doctor and staff made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability. They did everything they said they would and more. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.
