Doug Pham provided incredibly rude customer service on the phone after failing to be in the clinic for a scheduled Appointment - he went on a coffee run and left no note on the door, office was locked, leaving a disabled patient in the cold waiting.
He states he "isn't in the mood" to deal with this issue because he was sick all weekend. By the way, he's the owner.
