Dr Karoglan is highly respected by his staff. My son and I were completely at ease during his appointment here. He offered vital information about his foot condition and how to take care during activities that might exasperate his pain. He talked about sports and running and the doctor made useful recommendations for supporting his feet. He encouraged my son to remain active, but to limit overexerting. My son felt better about his condition because the doctor inspired him to keep active, but be wise about his limits. They went to great lengths to make sure my son was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
