Today was my first time at the JY dental group and i have lived my life in a dental chair. I was first relived to see GOD IS GOOD plate in the waiting room.They are also the first to give me hope on a very tough tooth issue iam having. I had to smile, its been along time since i felt like smiling in a dentist office ,so five stars for them. Thank You. :)

I will definitely refer my friends and family to Dr. Yoon. Dr Yoon and his staff are great and I think more people should know about them. They were by far the best dental office I've ever seen.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr.Yoon shows concern to his patient. The office was closed but he let me in and did some an emergency work to my teeth. I appreciate him for it.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The staff was wonderful, and made me feel very comfortable!

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Very friendly staff and felt so comfortable with Dr. Yoon, his work is amazing and he takes his time so it looks perfect and feels great!

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
