They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It took a while to schedule an appointment, they didn't seem organized when scheduling appointments. when we finally got our appt & arrived to the "spa" which is in the middle of nowhere, the place smelled horrible. we had to fill out a paper which asked for extremely personal questions which had nothing to do with the service we were receiving. it took 3.5 hours for 2 pedis, the owner & her massage lady had no idea what they were doing, later the owner said that her pedi lady wasn't there, so I thought to myself why would she schedule pedis is she has no idea what she is doing.. our toes looked horrible to put it nicely, my 3 yr old could of done a better job at polishing my toes. DO NOT TO THERE!!! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

I was incredble unhappy with my experience here. Poor upkeep on the premises and the lady doing my nails seemed preoccupied with everything else BUT me. My mother and I both had appointments and were both extremely disappointed in our services. I would NEVER recommend this "spa retreat" to anyone. I would have demanded our money back, but I dont think they would have even cared....the whole experience was pathetic and unprofessional.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best spa I've been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my service options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing my services. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was easy enough to find. Only a few minutes off of I-5 but felt like we were way out in the country it was so peaceful. Highly recommended!
