They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I made while visiting them. The Zerona does work! I lost 17 inches to prove it! Super easy to do.

I've already been recommending them to everyone I know. I would advise anyone to visit them. One thing I love about them, is that they were always willing to listen to me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how clean and relaxing it was. It was "my time for me" while I was there! I tried another type of lipolaser before and it did not work at all. I've talked to several other customers while I was there and everyone was very impressed and very happy with their treatments. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations.

First, the deal I received was $1600 for 9 sessions. Three days later a deal was posted for $1000 for the same 9 sessions. The owner/Doctor did not credit nor make up the difference in additional sessions to find a compromise. Was advised that most clients buy more sessions and “bank” them for future use. Savvy consumers of the Cincinnati/KY area spend twice the price for an untested process? They are not bothered by the pricing?

Warning...change of any appointment time will cost you $25 per session.

Second, the program is not difficult to follow. Take a daily Niacin supplement, eat a healthy diet (higher protein and veggie, low carb), exercise/walk 30 minutes and drink a minimum of 64 ozs of water. Treatments are a relaxing 40 minutes or two areas administered by a friendly female office staff on a heated table with no evasiveness from the lasers. Followed by a 10 minute water therapy massage to stimulate the treated areas. Inches of fat are supposed to be reduced. Unfortunately, I gained 6 lbs and increased inches….all over my body. Maybe a negative reaction to the Niacin? Already had a healthy lifestyle and was just trying to minimally decrease the stubborn problem areas of the tummy and hips? I advised the staff half way through the program that something didn’t feel right, comments were not addressed.

Once again no compromise, client service or product guarantee has been offered. In fact, the Doctor’s recommendation was to have me pay another $1600 and “let” me be treated again. What? Due to the lack of business integrity and product results, do NOT take the risk(s)!!! Recommend finding a reputable clinic with alternate processes (vaser shaping etc) and waiting until an educated licensee opens another competing location for the Zerona.
