They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time most of the time. If I felt the need, I'd go back. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
Jim has a proactive approach and does not want to spend a great deal of time rehashing details of events, but rather come up with solutions to get to a better place.
