Dr. Michalak is a nice doctor & I have zero complaints about him. However his Office Manager needs to learn better people skills. She is coincidentally his wife Michelle, so I won't be returning to this practice again given how I was badly treated.
She literally laughed at me on the phone as I was trying to discuss an incorrect bill, arguing with me & being very condescending.
This is not how long time patients should be treated.

I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was easy enough to find.
