Dr. Downs provided an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I do not trust him as a doctor. Beyond providing poor care, their office explicitly allows (practically encourages) bringing guns on site (I'm serious!), yet explicitly disallows perfume. Their priorities are disappointing and not representative of a doctor who is providing a positive mental health care experience.

Further, their office practices blatantly price gouging and lying about insurance providers accepted. I have filed an official complaint with Aetna. They charge over 4 times the "usual and customary" amount. Please do not provide them with your business.

I fired this doctor. Unprofessional, misdiagnosed me and subjected me to unnecessary, painful and expensive treatments and testing as a result. Conducted appointment with his head on the desk, whinging about his migraine.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
