They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They had a huge selection of magazines while waiting, including Movies on demand and a Nintendo WII for the kids. Kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were so kind and attentive to me.
