Dr. Segal made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I never have to worry about her overbooking appointments. She definitely believes in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Another thing that I really enjoy about this place is the high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I could tell that Sr. Segal takes pride in her office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I usually didn't have to wait at all after I arrive for my appointment, although there have been one or two emergencies that Dr. Segal needed to manage before seeing me. However, for the most part, she runs right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've noticed a significant improvement since I've started my sessions. They've been able to help me quite a bit. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
