This acupuncturist has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and a strong online presence. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The office was fairly quiet, minus the natural sounds of an office. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to. They remain fully focused on me and never take personal calls during my appointment. However, he was very expensive (Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't pay anything for acupuncture) and, unfortunately, he wasn't able to help me. (I don't like that "my" review draft was prefilled with glowing superlatives-no wonder some of the others are identical! If I answered a simple "yes" or "no", it turned into "this was the most incredible medical experience i've ever had")

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms.
