He takes his time with you . I never feel rushed . He is definitely not a cookie cutter doctor. Though , he is very modern and up to date in his medical practice ,you still have that feeling of a small town doctor. It is very personal with him.
At first Eric was a straightforward doctor that answered questions and understood potential causes. However, do NOT miss an appointment or you'll be sumarily dropped off his nice list in a heartbeat. No penalty half-charge, not ever a full-charge penalty, just a notice that you missed an appointment and cannot be a patient going forward. A personal visit to rectify went nowhere. An ugly comment was made in the vein of 'not being a regularly visiting patient' (ie:, not a consistent cash flow, not worth keeping book on) really exposed the ugly truth. I cannot recommend him to anyone who seeks a doctor of good character.
I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
