I have always received great service from these people. I get my rollators from them and they make sure everything is fitted to my height. Very professional and friendly.

Their service sucks! When they wanted to contact me they called me! When I attempted to call them for 3 days to check we finally called our doctors office and they told us they have a new number and have not told us or from what our doctors office said they are not required and won't contact us to let us know. After 3 weeks of waiting for my re-supply that they called me about I still have yet to receive anything. This is not the first time they say they will or have sent my stuff and we have yet to receive anything even the stuff they claimed to have sent several times years ago! We will be seeking a new supplier for my CPAP and resupplies and I would recommend that same thing to everyone. Very poor customer service. If I had not just received a new CPAP I would have gotten that from another company too!!!!

Terrible service. First it started out with billing issues and then no supplies. I was supposed to be on a monthly call list to see if I needed supplies. That was almost a year ago without supplies. Called two weeks ago to see about supplies and was told I was on the Medicare inactive list what ever that is . I told them that was absurd. Medicare had been covering my cost for other procedures. Finally I just changed to another supplier who is willing to supply my needs.

Wanted to use this provider because they were just down the street from when I live and I could easily pick up my CPAP supplies when they were available. The day I called I was informed they had closed the Dover office that Friday. I placed my order with the Lewes office and was told since it had been so long since I received new supplies they would expedite my order. It still took well over 6 weeks to get my order and even than I had to call and find out the status. When I received the package I didn't get everything I ordered and a different hose. I called the Lewes office and left a message stating I thought they had a screw up with my order. NO REPLY. Over A week later I called again once again NO REPLY. This is my first and LAST time of dealing with the company. I know others are out there very willing to take my money. This is the same poor customer treatment I got from the last company so they became history.

They rarely follow through on orders. Not helpful at all in getting supplies.

SENDS WAY to expensive items to me with out my request Billed to my heath plan , no charge to me BUT SOME ONE is paying 4 this NOT wanted or needed supplies ? $127.75 for a nose mask that can only be worth $5.00 at best ? Plus they resend romex tubing that last virtually forever over & OVER again at a cost of $42.59 Billed to my UNITED HEALTH care plan ! This is THEFT !Some one needs to investigate this OBVIOUS FRAUD !
