This place is not your typical hair salon. All of the stylists work independently and just rent out their space from vanity. You are really only dealing with the stylists when it comes to prices and appointments. Without naming anyone In particular, I worked out pricing with my stylist in advance, and it changed and was more last minute and I didn't get what I thought I was getting. In reality all I can do is text her and tell her I'm not happy because vanity has nothing to do with the money or scheduling. It was cheaper than other places but all in all was not so happy with my updos.
If you buy a gift card for here.. You are just giving a stylist money in advance, you can only use that GC for her services, not for product or any other service/stylist.

Husband has a 20.00 haircut and got no shampoo or style. Went back to work with fuzzy hair, and no gel.
Never going back.
