The staff was courteous and the doctor was pleasant. The facilities are nice enough. My biggest concern is the quality of the care. I was treated by this physician for almost 2 years but could never get an definitive diagnosis or prognosis. Even though her profile states that she specializes in headaches, she never did anything to treat my chronic headaches or to alleviate the pain. I was referred to her office because of her reputation as an excellent diagnostician. I did not find that to be the case. She also does not have anyone that does backup care/treatment when she is away on vacation.

They rescheduled my sleep study 5 different times. Once they rescheduled the day of the study. Took a month to get the results. Then I was prescribed medicine, that I had a bad reaction to. i called and asked to speak to the doctor, and was told she would call me. I have tried calling her for 2 weeks now with no avail. She is never available. Asked to have something emailed to me. It has been over a week, and I have still recieved nothing. My PCM is referring me elsewhere as I can't stand going here.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
