My first visit in August 2017, went well. The office is beautiful and the staff was excellent and caring. During my first visit Dr. Dabas stated I needed a deep cleaning. They gave me the cost of the cleaning $497 but I wasn’t prepared to pay that amount but would come back later to do the cleaning. Fast forward, I contact them around the 4th week in November to get my deep cleaning done before my benefits expired. We scheduled it for December 15, 2017. November 30, Tatiana caontacted me to tell me that my benefits expired on November 30th(that day), and if I wanted to come in today for the cleaning. She stated the cost would actually be $276 instead of the $497. I said that was great and I would be there. We scheduled it for 4:00. I arrived and Tatiana stated, “hey you know your insurance company won’t cover this until April, 2018. 🤔I stated “I spoke to Tatiana and she told me it would be $276. She said “yes that’s me but I’m sorry the cleaning is actually more but we can give you the insurance rate but that’s $497. I said I’m not prepared to pay that when you told me it was $276. I stated I got off work, drove over here and it was disappointing. She said I’m sorry “you want me to give you some gas money 🤣”. She chuckled. I said “😕 no, and looked puzzled, but said thank you, and left”. I was very upset because I thought it was disrespectful of my time, insensitive and unprofessional. I called right back as I was driving away to see if the doctor would call me later to discuss what had just transpired. Dr. Dabas wasn’t avail, so I left a message but the assistant called me back. She did apologize, but asked “what did I want them to do for me”? I said “whatever the doctor felt would be appropriate in this type of situation, or honoring the amount of $297. She stated if she could get me in on tomorrow could I come back. I stated yes.

Friday came and no one called, so I reached out to them at 3:46 to find out what time. The assistant said “the doctor worked late the night before and didn’t get a chance to call me” but she would “have her call me today and it may be after 730 if that was ok”. I said “yes”. Today is Monday, December 4, 2017. No one has yet to contact me about the situation.

Quite disappointing.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
